We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, and all facilities were well-maintained. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and places easily. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Additionally, the transportation available was very convenient.

The hotel is a stunning work of art with well, appointed, spacious rooms, high, end amenities and exceptional service. Staff goes above and beyond, providing personalized notes and going out of their way to fulfill specific requests. Guests can enjoy the luxurious Dyson hairdryer, Frette linens, and Hermes shower products. the outdoor swimming pool is top, notch, and the Alan Du Caisse bar/restaurant in the Morpheus was fantastic. Restaurant and bar have modern decor which enhances ambiance.

Elevators could be a bit smoother and more user, friendly.

The view from the room was breathtaking, and the rooftop bar was a great addition to our Easter experience. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was located in a great spot near shops and restaurants.

The staff at the front desk was very unhelpful, and we had to wait in line for a long time to check-in. the prices for food and drinks at the hotel were extremely high, and there were no affordable options available.

I had the pleasure of staying at a smart hotel that uses an iPad system to control the lights, window, and room temperature, not to mention the advanced and sophisticated style of the rooms. I enjoyed the gorgeous swimming pool that the hotel has to offer, it was a great way to unwind and relax. the hotel is located in a prime spot that allowed me to easily access nearby shops and restaurants, which added to my already incredible experience.

The check-in and check-out process required too much time, making it cumbersome and frustrating. there were payment issues that I found confusing and inconvenient.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and impeccable service. the rooms were modern and luxurious, with Dyson hairdryers, Frette linens, and Hermes shower products. We even received a delicious Pierre Herme birthday cake and chocolates for our special occasion. We highly recommend indulging in dinner at the Voyages by Alain Ducasse restaurant, with its exceptional cuisine and attentive staff.

There was a minor issue with the touch screen elevator buttons, which were not very smooth. the lobby staff forgot to open permission for our key card, resulting in some inconvenience.

Luxurious stay, incredible architecture, impeccable service, modern design, helpful and polite staff, comfortable room with high-end amenities.
